Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and customer areas
- Manage inventory and reorder supplies to ensure seamless operations
- Train new baristas on brewing standards and customer protocols
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Engage with customers to build loyalty and gather feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista experience required
- Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
