Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and signature recipes
- Master espresso machine operation, milk texturing, and latte art techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized beverage recommendations
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of bar stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process POS transactions efficiently and handle cash management
- Assist with inventory management and restock premium coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
- Adhere to food safety protocols and allergen awareness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience required
- Expertise in espresso brewing and milk-based beverage preparation
- Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments while maintaining quality
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Passion for coffee culture and continuous learning of new techniques
