Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following precise recipes
- Engage warmly with customers to build loyalty and drive repeat business
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while upselling premium products
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation of coffee and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty beverage preparation
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
