Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, personalizing orders and building loyalty
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to create a seamless, welcoming customer experience
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Stay updated on new brewing techniques and seasonal menu offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in specialty coffee preparation
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak business hours
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for coffee culture and commitment to continuous learning
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
