Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks with precision and artistry
- Greet customers warmly, process orders efficiently via POS systems
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of café, equipment, and service areas
- Execute daily inventory management and restock supplies
- Train new staff on brewing techniques and customer service standards
- Develop seasonal menu items and promote café promotions
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless peak-hour operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year café or food service experience preferred
- Expert knowledge of espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Exceptional customer service with a positive, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (NV State required)
