Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Support inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Uphold exceptional sanitation and food safety standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or coffee service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and latte art
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
