Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accuracy in orders and transactions
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards across all food handling areas
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during peak hours
- Engage customers with knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and seasonal offerings
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with specialty coffee focus
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and equipment maintenance
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure
- Strong attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
