Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm interactions
- Manage daily inventory and maintain pristine station cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members during peak rushes and special events
- Adhere to health/safety protocols and sustainable practices
- Support community initiatives and local product sourcing
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional coffee preparation experience
- Artisanal latte art certification or equivalent skill
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of specialty coffee origins and brewing methods
- Availability to work weekends/holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid Maryland food handler's permit
