Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso-based beverages and pastries with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the coffee shop and dining area.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service with a smile.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, milk steaming, and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- A valid Food Handler's Card is required.
