Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve premium coffee beverages while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, providing personalized recommendations and building loyalty
- Manage espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision
- Ensure pristine cleanliness of all workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process cash transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and suggest menu innovations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience in high-volume settings
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, bean origins, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to multitask gracefully
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler and ServSafe certifications (or willingness to obtain)
