Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following precise recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Share coffee knowledge to educate customers on products
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or customer service experience
- Deep passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
