Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso, and tea using premium beans and precise techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Stock inventory, manage supply levels, and uphold quality control standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during peak hours
- Uphold brand standards while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or food service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee with knowledge of brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to exceptional service standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification preferred (training provided if needed)
