Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, workstations, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions securely
- Support inventory management and restock supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

- Reliable with flexible weekend/weekday availability
