Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move stock and materials.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring goods are handled with care.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage or errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
