Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration, check-ins, and ticket scanning with professionalism
- Provide outstanding customer service and address attendee inquiries promptly
- Assist with venue setup, including stage assembly, seating arrangements, and signage placement
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance throughout event duration
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and event management teams
- Execute post-event breakdown and venue restoration procedures
- Document incident reports and operational feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and possess valid government-issued ID
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols preferred
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Jacksonville
- Previous customer service or event experience a plus
