Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and emerging technological trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in AI solution development, ensuring scalability and ethical deployment
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Drive partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders to advance AI capabilities
- Present AI strategy insights to executive stakeholders and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Monitor global AI policy developments and adapt organizational strategy accordingly
- Mentor senior AI talent and foster innovation culture within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles at tech-forward companies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year AI roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Strong background in enterprise-level AI solution architecture and implementation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience with stakeholder management at executive and board levels
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in AI strategy or future-tech trends preferred
