Responsibilities
- Lead research on next-gen AI architectures (transformer variants, neuromorphic computing)
- Develop novel algorithms for explainable AI and federated learning systems
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize AI/quantum workflows
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at NeurIPS/ICML
- Mentor junior researchers and patent 2-3 breakthrough innovations annually
- Partner with product teams to commercialize research prototypes
- Ensure alignment with ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI/ML with 3+ years postdoc industry experience
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed training frameworks
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq) preferred
- Proficiency in high-performance computing (HPC) environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-continental research teams
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems serving >1M users
