Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and next-gen neural architectures
- Develop scalable AI solutions for autonomous systems by 2026 roadmap milestones
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates to publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually
- Design ethical AI frameworks for regulatory compliance in 2026 global standards
- Mentor junior researchers through our AI Academy program
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in applied AI research with publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record of translating research into commercial products
- Experience with federated learning and zero-knowledge AI protocols
- Security clearance for government-funded projects (preferred)
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design
