Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant neural architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping generative AI models with causal reasoning capabilities
- Develop novel optimization algorithms for edge-computing deployment in IoT ecosystems
- Author peer-reviewed publications on explainable AI and ethical machine learning frameworks
- Secure $2M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Mentor PhD candidates in our sponsored AI ethics fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing (h-index >20)
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Proven track record of commercializing AI research (3+ products launched)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms and error correction
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Security clearance preferred for government-contract projects
