Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience (2020-2026)
- Published 3+ papers in top-tier AI/quantum journals (NeurIPS, Science)
- Expertise in tensor quantum neural networks and differential privacy
- Proficiency in PyTorch 2.0+, Qiskit, and neuromorphic hardware (Loihi)
- Experience with federal grant writing (SBIR/STTR) and DARPA programs
