Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for quantum-computing applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary research teams in neuromorphic computing and synthetic consciousness
- Develop proprietary frameworks for ethical AI alignment and emergent behavior modeling
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithms for next-gen processors
- Author groundbreaking publications in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Secure multi-million dollar grants from DARPA and NSF for frontier research
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdocs in advanced AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML/Quantum Computing with 5+ years of research leadership
- Published work in top-tier AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, QIP)
- Expertise in tensor networks, quantum algorithms, and neuromorphic hardware
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of translating research into commercial products
- Strong background in AI ethics and alignment research
- Experience securing government/industry research grants
