Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-gen AI architectures for autonomous systems and human-computer interaction
- Lead research in quantum-enhanced machine learning and ethical AI governance frameworks
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for predictive analytics across healthcare, climate science, and cybersecurity
- Mentor cross-functional teams in AI deployment and real-world implementation strategies
- Present findings at global conferences and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Collaborate with futurists to map 2026 technology adoption curves and market readiness
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years in applied AI research with publications at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-based ML pipelines (AWS/GCP)
- Demonstrated success in deploying production-scale AI systems with measurable impact
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with neuromorphic computing and edge AI optimization
