Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI (XAI) and ethical algorithm development
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI models for quantum computing platforms
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI/ML conferences and journals
- Develop prototype solutions for real-world applications in healthcare diagnostics and climate modeling
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source AI framework
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neural optimization
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent top-tier venues
- Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and production-level AI deployment
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research concepts into commercial applications
