Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI-driven systems for high-performance computing environments.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on quantum computing integration and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and milestones for 2026.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and resilience in edge computing scenarios.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in distributed systems engineering.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum computing.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in cloud-native frameworks (AWS, GCP).
- Deep understanding of neural networks, machine learning algorithms, and quantum gate operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
