Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning architectures tailored for 2026 scalability.
- Lead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Deep Learning and NLP models.
- Oversee the MLOps pipeline, ensuring model reliability, versioning, and automated retraining.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define AI product requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and data governance frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and data pipeline architecture.
- Experience with Large Language Models (GPT, LLaMA) and fine-tuning methodologies.
