Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years of frontier research experience
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics, quantum machine learning, or AGI safety journals
- Expertise in developing multi-agent reinforcement learning systems for complex environments
- Proven track record of commercializing advanced AI products with $100M+ impact
- Mastery of emerging frameworks: LangChain, PyTorch 3.0, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- Experience leading teams across 3+ continents in multicultural tech environments
