- Conduct scenario planning for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring AI's societal impact
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government stakeholders
- Monitor emerging neurotech and biocomputing convergence trends
- Develop patent-pending AI governance frameworks for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 7+ years experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neural-symbolic systems
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy protocols
- Proven track record in deploying ethical AI at enterprise scale
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with generative adversarial networks and transformer architectures
