Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year AI roadmaps integrating quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Lead technical teams in building ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer neural interface prototypes
- Architect decentralized AI ecosystems with zero-trust architectures
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and recommend compliance strategies
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Quantum Computing or equivalent experience with 7+ years in tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record of launching AI products with >$10M ARR
- Expertise in federated learning and blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US regulatory landscapes
- Experience with DARPA or similar government innovation programs
