Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism
- 10+ years in AI strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neural interfaces
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling frameworks
- Deep understanding of global AI policy landscapes
