Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI integration across healthcare, climate science, and space exploration sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems using quantum computing frameworks
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for AI policy development
- Conduct scenario planning for technological singularity implications by 2026
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and global AI summits
- Mentor emerging AI talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Neuroscience, or related field with 10+ years AI research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to >$100M impact
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, and explainable AI
- Security clearance for government AI consortium projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and AWS Braket
- Speaking engagements at 3+ major AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, AAAI)
