Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership roles
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field
- Proven track record of launching AI products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, neural networks, and emerging AI paradigms
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience with patent portfolio development for AI innovations
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
