Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech (2019-2023)
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy architectures
- Deep understanding of neuro-symbolic AI and explainable ML
- Experience with UN SDG-aligned tech policy development
