Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 innovation milestones
- Lead research initiatives in quantum AI, neural interfaces, and predictive analytics
- Architect scalable AI frameworks for enterprise-wide adoption across 15+ departments
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and compliance protocols
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record in implementing quantum computing or next-gen AI systems
- Expertise in future-casting methodologies and scenario planning
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AGI, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
