Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in autonomous infrastructure and healthcare
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for next-gen neural networks and predictive algorithms
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and public policy stakeholders
- Author white papers and industry standards for quantum computing ethics and biometric data regulation
- Advise on regulatory compliance for emerging technologies across 15+ international markets
- Design user-centric transparency protocols for AI decision-making systems
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into development lifecycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with focus on technology
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, algorithmic auditing, or tech policy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, generative AI)
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed ethics or AI journals
- Strong familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
