Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems launching in 2026
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in product development
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in cross-functional strategy sessions
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Create educational materials for stakeholders on responsible AI practices
- Represent company at industry ethics panels and regulatory consultations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with MLOps and model lifecycle management
- Strong written communication for policy documentation and stakeholder reports
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CDEP, CIPM)
