Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech implementation
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles
- Proven experience conducting algorithmic bias audits
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication across technical/non-technical audiences
- Track record of developing ethics-by-design frameworks
- Understanding of ML model lifecycle and deployment challenges
