Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with global standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder workshops
- Establish transparent AI documentation protocols for regulatory compliance
- Advise on ethical AI adoption strategies for enterprise clients
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update corporate policies proactively
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Proven experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics space
