Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations in AI lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Monitor emerging ethical AI standards and adapt organizational policies
- Produce impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic governance roles
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with ethical frameworks (Asilomar Principles, IEEE 7000)
- Strong technical literacy in ML model development lifecycle
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or related academic journals preferred
