Responsibilities

- Research emerging AI ethics challenges and proactively develop mitigation strategies

- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI governance frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI development practices and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years in AI ethics, machine learning governance, or responsible AI development
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Proven experience developing organizational ethical frameworks and compliance protocols
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST Framework, etc.)
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks
