Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives on AI ethics frameworks for 2026 applications
- Develop and implement bias detection protocols for generative AI systems
- Collaborate with engineers to embed ethical safeguards in ML pipelines
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for international AI governance bodies
- Design human-centered evaluation metrics for autonomous decision systems
- Present findings at global conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior researchers through our ethics fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years researching AI ethics or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias/fairness assessment techniques and mitigation strategies
- Strong publication record in top-tier ethics/ML conferences
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
