Responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary research teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Design and implement bias mitigation algorithms for next-generation ML models
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape 2026+ AI regulatory standards
- Conduct vulnerability assessments for autonomous systems and quantum AI applications
- Author white papers on AI safety and transparency methodologies
- Develop real-time monitoring systems for algorithmic fairness in production environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years of AI research
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics conferences (e.g., FAccT, AAAI)
- Expertise in fairness metrics, explainable AI (XAI), and adversarial ML
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong programming skills in Python with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Understanding of quantum computing principles and their AI implications
