Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems
- Lead cross-functional working groups on bias mitigation algorithms
- Conduct longitudinal impact assessments on autonomous decision-making systems
- Develop certification protocols for AI transparency and explainability
- Collaborate with policymakers on global AI ethics standards
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier AI ethics journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or algorithmic auditing
- Published research on ethical implications of deep learning
- Expertise in cross-cultural ethical frameworks
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with international AI policy development
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions
- Strong background in cognitive bias detection methodologies
