Responsibilities

- Advise leadership on emerging ethical issues in AI and recommend strategies to address them.

- Engage with external stakeholders, including policymakers, academics, and industry groups, to contribute to the broader discourse on AI ethics.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a role related to AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI.
- Deep understanding of the ethical challenges and societal impact of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex ethical dilemmas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for ethical AI.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF).
