Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum AI applications

- Coordinate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards in ML pipelines
- Represent company at international AI ethics summits and standardization bodies
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
- Monitor emerging risks from generative AI and adaptive systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years developing AI governance frameworks in regulated industries
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Published research on algorithmic accountability or explainable AI
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and superintelligence alignment
- Certification in Responsible AI Design from Stanford/MIT
- Strong background in policy advocacy with government agencies
