Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-generation AI systems
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop regulatory compliance strategies for evolving international AI standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development
- Conduct stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with enterprise clients
- Author white papers and industry standards for AI ethics certification
- Advocate for ethical AI practices at global tech policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, ML governance, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries for ethical auditing
- Experience presenting technical ethical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI) highly valued
