Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance with regulated industries
- Expertise in ethical frameworks for AI (fairness, accountability, transparency)
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulations and emerging standards
- Experience with cross-functional AI ethics implementation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CEGAI, CDMP) preferred
