Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and ethical risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles throughout the AI development lifecycle
- Establish transparent explainability protocols for high-stakes AI decision-making systems
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI adoption and stakeholder engagement
- Author thought leadership publications on AI ethics and contribute to industry standards bodies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Deep understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with responsible AI toolkits (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Published work in AI ethics or related peer-reviewed journals preferred
