Responsibilities

- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for AI transparency initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proven track record of bias mitigation in large-scale ML models
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Experience with federated learning ethics protocols
- Certification in Responsible AI (RAI) or similar credential
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
