Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional bias audits across machine learning pipelines and datasets
- Develop ethical AI policies and procedures aligned with emerging regulations
- Conduct stakeholder training on responsible AI deployment and risk mitigation
- Partner with legal team to ensure compliance with evolving AI legislation
- Represent FutureTech at industry forums on AI ethics and policy development
- Monitor emerging AI ethics research and integrate best practices into company standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI development
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles
- Proven experience conducting bias audits and fairness assessments
- Strong understanding of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and data pipelines
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics journals or conferences preferred
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IBM AI Governance Specialist) a plus
