Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Represent Nexus Future Labs in global policy discussions on AI governance
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI adoption and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in AI bias detection, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Proven experience developing corporate AI ethics policies and governance structures
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work or recognized contributions to AI ethics discourse
